Communication
Renaissance School believes in constant communication between the school and the world community. We keep families connected and informed of school news through our website, our Facebook account, and Instagram. Students keep informed through their Advisory classes or homeroom and student-generated digital and video bulletins and announcements.
Parents, teachers, and students communicate on course and classroom work through Seesaw, our digital learning management system. Seesaw is a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links. It’s simple to get student work in one place and share with families, and nothing is shared without teacher approval.
Seesaw is a platform for student engagement that inspires students of all ages to do their best, and saves teachers time.
Students use creative tools to take pictures, draw, record videos and more to capture learning in a portfolio
Teaches find or create activities to share with students.
Families only see their child’s work and leave comments and encouragement.
